Pain in Motion III edition – University Campus of Savona (Italy) – 31 May – 2 June 2019
Pain in Motion III edition – University Campus of Savona (Italy) – 31 May – 2 June 2019
The congress will provide a forum for PhD students to share ideas, network, present research findings, and discuss professional issues relevant to the field of pain science.
After the success of the first Brussel edition and the second Stockholm edition with almost 100 presenting Ph.D. students from more than 20 countries, we hope that the Savona – Italian edition will confirm the growing trend in terms of number of participants and their presented research quality.
International guest speakers will enrich the scientific program with their key-note lectures, spanning from the contextual factors influencing pain by placebo mechanism to the choice of exercise in spinal pain, from body representation in painful conditions to autonomic system involvement and comorbidities associated to pain.
A series of “Meet the expert” sessions will allow the participant to interact with internationally recognized researchers to discuss methodological topics or to receive useful information on how to cultivate and successfully continue a career as researcher.
Call for abstract is open – Deadline 15 November 2018
The Scientific Committee cordially invites all PhD students within the field of pain to submit their abstracts.
Only PhD students can submit an abstract: Junior PhD students in the early stage of preparing their first study as well as more experienced students in the final year of their PhD.
